Returns & Claims Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process if you need to report an issue or make a return.
Claims for Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with any shortages, damages, or other issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. We’re unable to accept claims after this timeframe. All damaged items must be returned to us for a replacement. DCB will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
MLB Uniforms
Once items are decorated or customized, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective. All defective items must be returned to us for a replacement, and DCB will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. If an order is cancelled before decoration begins, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Sublimated Uniforms
All sales are final. Once a mock-up is approved and an order has entered production, it cannot be stopped or cancelled. We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective. All defective items must be returned to us for a replacement, and DCB will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Custom Apparel & Stock Uniforms

Hats

Decorating or Using Products
If you choose to decorate your items, please double-check all products for accuracy before decorating or using them. Once items are decorated, washed, or worn, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number and form issued by Dinger City. To request one, please email returns@dingercitybaseball.com and provide your order number.
Return Window & Fees
Requests to return products must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refused Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders will incur a 15% restocking fee plus outbound shipping charges.
